This also includes researching similar case law, critically assessing the evidence & procedural compliance, communication between yourself, and finally reviewing draft letters before we are in agreement that it is ready to be sent. In many instances, employers seek to resolve matters promptly through early settlement discussions.
Employment Tribunal applications usually take between 1-2 days to complete.
